Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work at CDG Converse.

Return window

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

Condition

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is processed within 30 days to your original payment method. We will email you when the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the item under this policy and place a new order.
